Cookie Notice

Last updated: 2026-06-11

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE TO CONFIRM]

This notice explains what Multiplayer Rally (operated by NexGen UX & Engineering LLC) stores in your browser and what the consent banner on this site actually controls. We use no advertising cookies or pixels, and we do not sell data. Analytics exist so we can see what is working on this site. For the bigger picture, see the Privacy Policy.

1. How the consent banner works

  • Before you choose: our analytics tool (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode. Events are kept in memory only for the current page: nothing is written to your device and no identifier survives between visits or page loads.
  • If you click Accept: we save your choice in your browser's local storage (key: mrally_consent), and PostHog switches to persistent storage (local storage plus a cookie) so we can recognize the same browser across visits.
  • If you click Decline: we save that choice in the same local storage key, and analytics stay cookieless: nothing beyond the consent record itself is stored on your device.

2. What we store

That is the full current inventory for this website. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, and no social media embeds. If we later add a customer dashboard (which will need a strictly necessary sign-in cookie) or checkout pages (Stripe sets fraud-prevention cookies there), we will update this notice first.

3. Changing your mind

  • To withdraw consent: clear this site's data in your browser (browser settings, site data for multiplayerrally.com, or remove the mrally_consent key in developer tools). The banner will reappear on your next visit and analytics return to cookieless mode until you choose again.
  • To switch from Decline to Accept: the same: clear the site data and choose again when the banner reappears.
  • You can also email privacy@multiplayerrally.com with any question or request about analytics data.

[TO CONFIRM: a one-click "reopen cookie settings" control on this page is planned; until it ships, the clear-storage instructions above are the documented withdrawal path.]

4. Changes to this notice

We keep this page in sync with the actual behavior of the site. If the banner, the analytics setup, or the storage inventory changes (for example, if marketing pixels are ever added behind a full consent manager), this notice is updated before the change ships.
